The aircraft was stripped and painted in 1985. The paint still shows well with minor wear around the front of the cowl. There is slight evidence of some hail marks on the top sides of the aircraft. They are minor and hard to see until you are up close.
Interior:
The interior is mostly original and in good condition. The pilot’s seat has a few tears under the seat cover. The rear bench seat has a minor tear that has been covered. The plastics and headliner are in good condition.
Ownership History:
We purchased this 182 from a gentleman in Oregon. He had owned the aircraft since the 1990s. His mission had changed where he no longer needed a cross-country aircraft.
Damage History:
No known or documented damage history
Maintenance History:
Logs are complete and well detailed since new
In-flight Report:
“This 182 did great on the long trip back to Kokomo from Oregon! The engine ran great and the Avidyne was nice to have for navigation. The autopilot is a nice addition for those long trips!” Albert, Pilot
