Exterior:
Airframe was last repainted in the 1990’s but has a decent amount of fading and touch ups. The aircraft has been hangered for most of its life. Most of the paint wear can be found on the top of the fuselage near the cabin door, and the engine cowl.

Interior:
The seats and carpets were reupholstered with the last repaint. Seats have been upgraded to leather and are in good condition. Carpet is also in good condition. Interior panels are in good condition and seem to be original. No cracks or tears to be found within the cabin. Most of the wear can be found on the Pilots seat, and the original instrument panel.

Ownership History:
Previous owner had the aircraft since 2019. His job has him spending more time overseas than in the states and doesn’t have time to fly.

Damage History:
This aircraft had a hard landing in 1967 and all repairs were done by a certified repair station.

Maintenance History:
Logs are complete and in good condition.

In-flight Report:
“Aircraft flew straight and performed as it should on the flight from Texas. The Garmin GPS with the low fuel consumption makes a great cross-country time builder.” Albert, Pilot
