Exterior:
The fabric is mostly original and in fair condition. There are a few spots where it has been repaired and new inspection plates added during the last annual.
Interior:
The interior is in decent condition. The front is in good condition. The rear seat has a small tear on the back where the leather fits over the seat back.
Ownership History:
We purchased this plane from a gentleman in the upper part of NY. He had owned the aircraft since 1997! He used it for flying around the local area. His flying had slowed down, and he decided to sell it.
Damage History:
The aircraft had a landing incident in 1991 where the right gear leg and right wing were damage. See 337 form for details. The outer three ribs were repaired on the left and right wing in 1996. See 337 form for details
