Exterior:
The aircraft’s paint is in good condition. It appears to be original and has had a few touch ups. There is slight evidence of hail marks on the control surfaces. Overall, the paint is in good condition for its age!
Interior:
The interior has been reupholstered, and it is in good shape! The headliner appears to be original with some minor discoloration. There are no rips or tears in the seats, and the carpet is in good condition.
Ownership History:
We purchased this Arrow from a gentleman in Virginia that has owned the aircraft since 2013. He kept the aircraft hangared during his time of ownership.
Damage History:
The aircraft had an off-field landing in 1995. The engine had a prop strike but no damage to the airframe occurred. The engine was replaced with a Lycoming factory overhauled engine.
