Exterior:
The exterior is in great condition and has a lot of shine to the paint! There are no signs of corrosion or hail marks. There are a couple minor chips in the paint up along the cowl but overall, it is in great condition!
Interior:
The interior is original and in good condition! The seats are in good shape and there are no rips or tears. The carpet is showing some normal wear for its age but overall, it is in good condition!
Ownership History:
We purchased this aircraft from a gentleman in Colorado who had owned it for over 20 years. He is getting older, and the Mooney no longer fit his mission.
Damage History:
There were repairs made to the left and right wings in 2006. It was being pulled by a tug and made contact on the leading edges. See 337 form for details.
Logbook Condition:
Complete and well organized since new
In-flight Report:
“This Mooney really moves! I made it back from central Colorado in just over 5.5 hours. All the equipment worked properly including the autopilot! This M20K will make someone a great aircraft!” Mike, Pilot
