Overall the interior looks great! Most of the wear can be found on the pilot and front passenger arm rests. Panels, carpet and seats are in great condition and the instrument panel is exceptional. No cracks or tears to be found anywhere in the cabin.
Ownership History:
Previous owner had the aircraft for 2 years and is now looking at the B200. He decided to sell his Seneca to help with the new aircraft purchase.

In 2002: aircraft fell off jacks and bent one blade of Right Prop. Propeller was overhauled, and the crankshaft was inspected for damage and none was found.
Logbook Condition:
Complete and in excellent condition.
In-flight Report:
Very powerful, well equipped and good looking Seneca. Amazing flight deck that makes for an easy cross country flier!
