Exterior:
The aircraft was stripped and painted in 1994 and was always hangered. It is in good condition with no hail damage or corrosion. Some thin paint near the wing root and fuselage but overall, a nice-looking airplane.
Interior:
The interior is in good condition. Seats are intact with light signs of wear, and as well as the carpet. Headliner looks newer than the rest of the panels, with the only signs of wear really being found around the entry door but overall, it is in good condition.
Ownership History:
This is a single owner Mooney! He purchased it new back in 1978. He had recently retired and was no longer using the plane as he was before. He wanted to pass it on to someone who will continue flying it.
Damage History:
The tubular structure was repaired in 1988 and 2020 due to corrosion that was found while performing Mooney SB M20-208B. See logbook entries and 337 forms for details.
Logbook Condition:
Complete and well detailed since new.
