Exterior:
The aircraft was professionally stripped and painted in 1995 by Dexter Aircraft Refinishing. The paint remains in good condition overall, with minor signs of normal wear on the leading edges and around the cowl.
Interior:
The interior was reupholstered in 2004, including new leather seats with upgraded foam, as well as matching side panels and carpet. It’s in great condition with only minimal signs of wear.
Ownership History:
We purchased this Skyhawk from a gentleman in central California who owned it for 23 years. As his mission changed and he was no longer flying consistently, he decided it was time to pass it on to someone who will put it to good use.
Damage History:
There was a hard landing in 1975 where the firewall and floorboards were replaced. See 337 form for details
There was a second hard landing in 1978 where the firewall was replaced again. The right wing was also repaired. See 337 form for details
Logbook Condition:
Complete and well detailed since new
In-flight Report:
“I flew this aircraft 16 hours back to Indiana from California! The engine ran great! This is an excellent platform for someone to upgrade the avionics.” Albert, Pilot
