Exterior:
The plane was stripped and painted in 1993. The paint is in fair condition and could use to be repainted. There are numerous places of paint flaking off on the top sides of the aircraft. There are some cracks in the paint to be found along the cowl and around the spinner. Wheel pants are in better shape with only a few nicks. The exterior shows no signs of hail damage.
Interior:
The interior is in good condition with some signs of use and wear on all four seats. No tears, rips or holes to be found in the leather, however the pilot’s arm rest is showing the most wear.
Ownership History:
The previous owner had the aircraft for many years and put over 3,000hrs on the aircraft while volunteering for Angel Flights. The aircraft wasn’t being flown much recently and he decided to sell.
Damage History:
There was a hard landing in 1974 where the firewall and nose gear were repaired. See 337 from for details.
Logbook Condition:
Logs are complete and in good condition.
In-flight Report:
“Great flying, and strong running Skylane. The STEC 30 w/ Altitude Hold is a great autopilot for someone looking to fly cross-countries!” Albert, Pilot
