Exterior:
The paint is overall in good condition and shines nicely! There are instances where the paint is thin/fading in places, but there is no hail damage, signs of corrosion or significant abnormalities to the skin.
Interior:
The interior is in good condition overall. There are a couple cracks in the panels. Headliner and seats are in good condition with only small signs of wear on the front seats. Instrument panel is in great condition and looks to be the newest of the interior.
Ownership History:
Previous owner was associated with the plane for 30+ years. Bought the airplane outright in the mid 2000’s. He does not fly the airplane enough to justify owning it, so he decided that it was time to sell the Mooney.
Damage History:
The belly was repaired and the right-wing leading-edge skin was replaced in 1971. The aircraft also had a gear up landing in 1976. See 337 forms for details.
Logbook Condition:
Complete and in exceptional condition.
In-flight Report:
“Straight, easy flying and comfortable Mooney! The airplane had no problem flying high above the Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico Mountains.” Albert, Pilot
