Exterior:
The aircraft was painted in 2000 by Aircraft Refinishers of South Texas. The paint is in good condition with normal wear for its age. The are minor chips up by the cowl but overall, it is in good condition!
Interior:
The interior is original and in decent condition. The front of the vinyl seats has some cracking but no rips or tears. The carpet is in good condition along with the side panels and headliner
Ownership History:
This Mooney was owned by a gentleman in Texas for 22 years. As his flying time decreased, he decided it was time to find a new home for the aircraft.
Damage History:
The aircraft had a gear up landing in 2014. The belly skins were repaired, and a factory overhauled engine was installed along with a new scimitar prop. See log entry for details.
