After a long search, my father and I found just the plane we were looking for on the web. It was for sale by Aircraft Ownership Solutions in Indiana. I live in New Jersey and had never heard of them, but I sent them an email inquiring about the plane. After a quick reply and phone call, they sent me a link to view pictures of the plane. Lots of pictures. Inside, outside, the good, the bad and the ugly, even pictures of the logs. This is exactly how you sell a plane. So many people on the web put up 1 or 2 pictures and expect you to run right over and plunk down $50,000 based on 2 low resolution pictures they shot with their cell phone. Not me. After looking at all the pictures, I knew the plane was the right plane for me. But it was in Indiana. How would this work? Actually, it was easy. Keith and Tim made it easy. They told us what to expect, connected us with rental car people and a mechanic for the pre buy inspection. Dad and I flew commercially to Indiana. When we drove to their airport, the plane was outside ready for us. They had an instructor ready to test fly with us. They gave us the keys and after a pre flight, off we went. We flew until we were comfortable that the plane was everything we wanted. Back on the ground, they walked us through their facility and we did some simple paper work. It was all very friendly and easy, like buying from friends. The next day Dad and I flew our plane home to New Jersey. The whole experience was great.

Highly Reccomended!!!!! We purchased a cessna 182m skylane from Aircraft ownership soloutions and would never buy a airplane anywhere else!!! Keith was very helpful and very informative over the phone and was a pleasure to work with. Me, my brother, and my flight instructor flew the airplane all the way back to florida without a problem and have enjoyed flying it ever since. Aircraft ownership solutions only sell quality airplanes that you will be pleased with. We would highly reccomend them to anyone who is looking for a quality airplane.

I recently purchased a Piper Archer from Aircraft Ownership Solutions and as a first time aircraft buyer, was tremendously greatful for all of their patience with all of my questions. It made the purchase of my first aircraft completely hassle free and relatively easy! During my inspection of the aircraft, they allowed me all the time that I needed to inspect the aircraft, completely hassle free! They even fed me lunch while I was there so that I could continue my inspection of the logbooks without having to take time away from my process to run out and get lunch which was greatly appreciated! When I get to the point of wanting to buy another airplane, I will definitely be seeking out both Keith and Tim!!

When hurricane "IKE" hit the Texas Gulf Coast and totaled my Cherokee 140, it was a sad day for me. I searched all the local area airports and distributors for a replacement. One of the first hits on the Internet, was AircraftOwnershipSolutions located in Kokomo, Indiana. (a long way from Baytown, Texas). After a couple of emails and phone calls to the wonderful staff (Keith and Tim) at AircraftOwnershipSolutions, they knew exactly what I was looking for. They posted many pictures for me to look at and provided the entire logbooks on line. They were so easy to work with and treated us like family from day one. My wife and I flew into Indianapolis and rented a car, drove the short distance to Kokomo, We had the pleasure of meeting a lot of friendly people in Indiana on our way to the Kokomo Airport. One family that we met at the local Taco Bell, invited us to their home. Of course we declined, because we were in a hurry to see our future new plane. Even though it was 17 degrees, Keith took us on a test flight over a city, all covered with snow. The C172 (N1224U) that we purchased is serving us well. My wife and I have made several trips from Texas to Mississippi, but the most fun we are having is flying to the area airports for the $100 hamburger. (that is what we call it down here in the south). Thanks again to Keith and Tim for making it so easy. They even delivered our plane to us in Texas. We really enjoyed meeting all the nice friendly people in Indiana. I know my home state of Mississippi is the "Hospitality State", but Indiana is right up there too! Just a short note to express how much our family appreciates your work in securing a beautiful aircraft for our needs. Having just completed my private license four months earlier, I knew we needed a clean, low maintenance, and somewhat forgiving aircraft. You were advertising just the perfect airplane for us; a Skyhawk with a low time 180 hp conversion, impeccable paint, and nice interior. Your help on the phone prior to our visit, securing a flight instructor for an hour checkout, and detailed preparation for the paperwork made the process of purchasing a plane so much easier than I thought possible. I will always remember the day my 83 year old dad got in the right seat and we flew home this wonderful plane. Two years later I have my instrument rating, and the plane has been from Mackinaw to Naples, FL. Just a side note, over 300 hour in the air without a hiccup you could not ask for more Our sincere appreciation for finding us a gem at a very fair price. I sincerely doubt if I will ever change planes, but if I do Aircraft Ownership Solutions will be part of the process.
