This Pathfinder is a great value. It is a heavy hauler and simple to fly and maintain. It has very low total time. The logbooks are complete and show excellent, regular maintenance. The avionics panel is set up for IFR flight and has the plane has had regualr IFR certifications. The long range fuel makes it awesome for those larger distance missions. At this price it will not last long! |

Ownership History: This aircraft was purchased new by a pilot in Deluth, MN. About thirty years ago it was purchased by an Attorney located in Ohio who owned and flew the plane since that time. The previous owner decided to sell the plane due to FAA medical issues
Damage History: This 235 is very straight and solid. We found no significant damage history. The logs do reveal a skin replacement on the right hand stabilator back in 1968. There is also an entry that refers to a prop strike in 1999. The engine has complete documentation of a tear down inspection at that time.
Maintenance History: Original, Complete, Comprehensive, Legible,Organized
In-flight report: Our pilot flew this plane back from Ohio, The engine started and ran smoothly, the avionics worked as expected and there were no significant issues.
