Ownership History: We purchased this plane from a very nice gentleman in Michigan. He and his wife enjoyed the airplane for a number of years. Health issues have come between the couple and their love of flying. Therefore, they reluctantly decided to sell.
Damage History: A visual inspection of the airplane showed no obvious damage. A review of the logs indicated no previous damage history. The owner stated that he is not aware of and damage history either. We did notice that there is a very small amount of hangar rash on the tail. The rudder has a small crease and the elevator has two small dents.
Maintenance History: The logbooks are complete,, comprehensive, legible. original and well organized
In-flight report: Our pilot flew this aircraft from the Saginaw Bay area of Michigan. The engine started easily and ran smoothly. Everything worked as expected and the airplane flew very nicely.
