Ownership History: We purchased this aircraft from a gentleman in Cincinnati, OH. He has owned the plane for the past 8 years. It was used in his business and due to economic changes was no longer needed. Therefore he decided to sell.
Damage History: A physical inspection of the aircraft shows no signs of any major damage history. The logbooks were reviewed and there appears to be no evidence of damage either.
Maintenance History: Logbooks are original, complete, comprehensive, well organized and legible
In-flight report: Aircraft flew very well. All gauges show normal readings. Aircraft started with ease and was a pleasure to fly. All the instruments functioned as expected.
